국제결혼 이주여성의 자아존중감과 사회적지지가 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향 - 강원도 철원지역을 중심으로 -

The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of the life satisfaction on international marriage immigrant women's self-esteem and social support in Cheorwon, Kangwon-do. The data used in this research are collected from survey of 159 international marriage immigrant women in cheorwon. Analysis of questionnaire research was utilized SPSS PASW 18.0 version program in analyzing data. And Frequency, Factor analysis, Reliability Analysis, Regression analysis were used. Results, ① The social support system for international marriage migrant women's vocational training and job placement should be established. ② Management of international marriage matchmaking company supervision is important. ③ It should explore various ways to improve the life satisfaction of the international migrant women. ④ There is a need to promote openness and positive perception of multicultural families in Korea.
