한국 창업 및 벤처 분야 중소기업정책 네트워크의 발견 및 유형 규정

This study focused on cultivating active self-survival and targeted Korea’s business startup & venture-related policies for small & medium sized businesses with futuristic values unlike other policies for small & medium sized businesses run to solve impending issues related to them. Considering the fact that recent policy-related environment gets diversified and social demand about polices of all sorts expands, it found out mutually connected entities, structures in which they are connected to one another, exercise of effect within the structure pursuant to mutual dependance to verify the phases of the networks, using SNS analysis method from the perspective of governance. Results of analyzing President Park Geunhye’s 2–year regime confirmed the national assembly, Small & Medium Business Association, Korea Institute of Startup·Entrepreneurship Development, Woori Bank, Daum Soft, Association of Venture Companies, universities, other educational institutes and etc. as behavioral entities and regarding the structure of political·administrative·marketing connectivity where they belong, the administrative sector with 27.7% of density index was found as superior. Also, each behavioral entity’s mutual reaction were being done, in almost all the cases, based upon its goal system directly related to small/medium business startup and the administrative·market section were all cooperatively reacting to one another in mutual way yet with the administrative section being more active than the market section. To summarize analysis results, this study verified that Korea startup small & medium policy networks have patterns of policy communities and pointed out and presented alternative policies to solve·improve problems on the current startup & venture-related small & medium business policy networks due to limitations inevitably caused by policy-wise communities.
