정부신뢰와 과학기술에 의한 환경위험인식 - 비교론적 분석 -

This study analyzed how to trust and benefit/risk perceptions influence environmental risk perceptions, due to the science and technology, by countries(S.Korea, Taiwan and Japan) as well as issues on science and technology. Results are as following; first, three countries showed different patterns on level of government trust, level of benefit/risk perception on science, environmental risk perception by issues on science and technology. Second, we analyzed interaction effects of government trust and benefit/risk perceptions on environmental risk perceptions. Result showed that all countries have similar patterns. That is, low level group of government trust has larger gap toward environmental risk perceptions between benefit perception and risk perception group than high level group of government. Finally, regression analysis showed that S. Korea and Taiwan have stronger effect of government trust on environmental risk perceptions than Japan . These results mean that level of government trust have different effects by issues and countries. Especially, in S. Korea, government trust is a critical effects on environmental risk perceptions.
