성격특성 요인과 사회적 지지가 사회적 자본 확보에 미치는 영향－경남 창원공단 기술창업 기업가를 대상으로－

This study is a exploratory and fusion research in nature that tried to see how the social support corresponding to the external factors and the personality traits factors as internal factors of the entrepreneurs it affects the social capital secure, which is one of the competitive advantage elements of the enterprise. For this purpose, assuming the Big 5 personality traits and social support factors as independent variables and social capital as the dependent variable suggests a research. For detailed verification was analyzed by collecting 146 responses entrepreneur who founded a technology company in Changwon Industrial Complex. In order to test the hypothesis according to key variables, multiple regression analysis was conducted considering the entire personality factors and social support. It affected the entrepreneurial personality characteristics and social support significant factor in both social capital to secure positive (＋), and the openness and agreeableness among the sub－factors of personality characteristics were found to be positive, significant impact on the road. These results are meaningful in the sense considering the internal factors and external factors of the entrepreneur at the same time that presents a strategic methodology to ensure the entrepreneurial competitive advantage, but also significant in that it explains the reason for the activity by entrepreneurs specifically combining and incorporating the variables mainly been utilized in the field of psychology, pedagogy, sociology.
