초록
본 연구는 경영자 리더십유형과 조직문화, 성과관리시스템 수립정도의 관계를 실증 분석하였다. 분석결과, 변혁적 리더십은 지원문화에 통계적으로 유의한 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 지원문화와 관료문화가 성과관리시스템의 수립정도에 통계적으로 유의한 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 더불어, 지원문화성격과 관료문화성격이 높을수록 성과관리시스템의 수립정도가 더 높음을 알 수 있었다. 그리고 거래적 리더십이 성과관리시스템의 수립정도에 통계적으로 유의한 양의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 경영자 리더십유형이 강할수록 높은 정도의 성과관리시스템이 수립되어있는 것으로 나타났으며, 성과관리시스템의 수립정도에 따른 경영성과에는 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구의 결과를 볼 때 개별적인 리더십유형, 조직문화가 우수하다고 판단하기 보다는 각각의 조직 형태와 환경, 구성원의 특성에 맞는 조직문화와 리더십을 구축하는 것이 필요할 것으로 생각된다. 이러한 경영자 리더십과 조직문화의 바탕위에서 성과관리시스템이 수립되는 것이 필요할 것이며, 본 연구가 경영자 리더십과 조직문화, 성과관리시스템 수립정도의 관계를 규명하고자 함에 있어 그 의미를 가질 수 있지만, 향후 연구에서는 통합적으로 검증할 수 있는 연구방법론의 적용과 변수를 객관적으로 측정할 수 있는 도구의 개발이 이루어져야할 것으로 생각된다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationships between Leadership Types, Organizational Culture Types and Performance Management System. So, achieve the this purpose I investigated whether Organizational Culture is significant effected by Leadership Types and whether Performance Management System is significant effected by Leadership Types and Corporate Culture. Findings of this study can be summarized as follows : The results of this study indicate that Leadership Types are effect partially presented on Organizational Culture and firms who have the higher Leadership Types are partially higher than lower Leadership Types on the Organizational Culture. And, Organizational Culture is effect partially presented on Performance Management System. And, Leadership Types are effect partially presented on Performance Management System. Finally, Performance Management System was effected on firm's performances and firms who have the higher Performance Management System are higher than lower Performance Management System on the firm's performances.
