BSC 적용사례 분석을 통한 프로세스 기반 BSC 적용방안 연구

Balanced Score Card (following BSC), many of the companies is a performance management tool, was introduced as a tool for communication between employees. However, in a number of companies that have applied to BSC, companies that have been recognized as a real success stories are very few. It analyzes the various causes for this, guide and many of the paper for proper application was announced. However, in the measures for proper application, the actual operation in the process of observation and cause analysis improvements through it has not been presented. By presenting the applications proposed by analyzing company cases successfully apply this BSC, process control equipment Corporate Business Process Management (hereinafter, BPM) by applying, it is possible to more effectively manage internal processes I tried to present the scheme. For this, the author present the BSC definition, four perspectives, summarizing component, the theory, such as how to apply BSC and the BPM definition, stage, performance management that is applied to the process. Contribution point of this paper is as follows. Various factors which can perform the BSC successfully be presented. Use of the BSC as a transfer performance management and strategy tool for the implementation, it has contributed to more effective and is efficient. Especially, under the rapidly changed business environment, by presenting a BPM-based BSC application method that is to apply a variety of management techniques in a complex manner, author present the efficient operation method through collaboration between the legacy management techniques and new management techniques. More over, the significance of this paper is that it presented a change of management method from function (Function) unit of the business management to flow (Process) unit of business management .
