초록

In the results of this study sale prices are associated with Asset markets and chonsei prices are rental market or the space market, the consumer market (property market) is associated are separated by related to each other while the difference between these two markets large to show that there is. The space market forming the chonsei, such as rent and lease market, and the trading market price is formed for arbitrage in the market these assets based on lease market. Therefore, if the sale price rises were the empirical analysis on the part that links to this new development by increasing the trading volume. In Financial crisis, sale price proved to affect the trading volume positive (+). However, since the financial crisis, because the sale price was almost stagnant, trading volume is also being considered as stagnant reached the difficult conclusion to determine the exact relationship. With this result, the financial crisis, formerly you've found clarify the relationship between the sale price and trading volume, in the wake of the financial crisis is likely these relationships are not clearly displayed, as seen in the wake of the financial crisis, I think difficult to predict the volume through the sale price it is.
