직업윤리 자격의 직무분석 및 시험체계 연구

This study focuses on design of qualification for application and criteria for qualification test evaluation of the work ethics because the importance of work ethics is growing today all over the world. In this study, a DACUM method for job analysis was used by specialists to extract contents such as task range, qualification for application, qualification standards, criteria of qualification test questions, test methods, etc. This paper follows procedures of job analysis model for criteria of qualification test questions of the work ethics. The first step is preparation for job analysis. The second step is the establishment of job models. The third step is job specification and work analysis. The fourth step is review work of job model. The fifth step is establishment of subjects for qualification test matrix table. The last step is establishment of guidelines for ethics test questions. The result of study: Job definition of professional ethics certification holders is based on the knowledge and values of the work ethic to solve the ethical conflicts that exist in corporate matters. Configuration of exam level 3 consisted of humans and ethics, organizational psychology, human relations. Level 2 consisted of corporate ethics, public ethics. Level 1 was organized around information on ethical management and ethics Education, including both 2 and 3-level contents.
