동태적 역량관점에서 수출벤처기업의 동태적 역량, 혁신성과 및 기업성과간의 관계

This paper presents the nexus between resources, dynamic capabilities, innovation performance and firm performance using survey data from 103 export venture firms in Daedeok Innopolis, Daejeon, South Korea. We use PLS (Partial Least Squares)-SEM (Structural Equation Model) analysis to test the direct and indirect effects of the dynamic capabilities on firm performance of the export firms. Innovation performance is used as the mediating variables for explaining the relationship between dynamic capabilities and firm performance. The results indicate that a export firm’s human resources and intangible resources have a positive effect on its dynamic capabilities. The study also finds evidence that a export firm’s dynamic capabilities involve enhancing its innovation performance and a export innovation performance positively affects its firm performance. In addition, the study finds that a export firm’s innovation performance mediates the relationship between its dynamic capabilities and firm performance.
