This study attempted theoretical establishment through a research in order to investigate moderating effect of organizational commitment in relationship between the social responsibility of hotel enterprise and the turnover intention of employees and then, it conducted an empirical analysis mainly based on a hypothesis of research model. According to verification of the hypothesis suggested through the research model, it was shown that the social responsibility of hotel enterprise had influence on the turnover intention of employees, and explanation was made it was required to consider factor of influence. According to investigation outcome whether the social responsibility of hotel enterprise had moderating effect to turnover intention pursuant to organizational commitment, it showed a significant regression coefficient which verified that organizational commitment had moderating effect. Therefore, it is believed that the hypothesis suggested through theoretical ground of preceding research was adopted in performing this study.
