NCS 기반 교육과정의 지속적교육품질개선(CQI)에 관한 연구－K대학 세무회계정보과를 중심으로－

The government is reorganizing the NCS－based education, training and certification systems in order to implement competency based society through building NCS and NQF. Colleges are trying to train and supply core vocational human resources of high job performance through the job－oriented curriculums on the basis of NCS in industrial frames. Colleges should continue to carry out evaluation and improvement for the overall development and operation of NCS－based curriculums in order to keep maintenance as well as enhance quality of the NCS－based vocational education. In this study, we propose a plan for education quality management and improvement through introduction of the CQI by providing a step－by－step practical examples of Continuous Quality Improvement(CQI) of the NCS－based curriculums conducted by Tax Accounting & Information Department in K College. In this study, we analyzed the actual cases dividing steps of Pre－Analysis of NCS applied subjects, CQI of NCS applied subjects (planning of NCS applied subject, operating of NCS applied subject, evaluating of NCS applied subject and deriving improvements) and department CQI of NCS based curriculums with the anticipation that this study will contribute to enhance the competitiveness as well as establish CQI system of the Tax Accounting related departments.
