This study analyzes the correlation of product types and sales as well as selling space facility. On the basis of study, It would contribute to do efficient design for developing store Lay-Out. The customer dissatisfaction and restaurant franchisee's dissatisfaction is the main issue about the drop in sales or rechartering rate. The example of restaurant franchisees dissatisfaction is the lack of franchise system and energetic sales and high rate of cost to sales and general management expenses, excessive investment cost also the absent consultation of business management and new product. A dispute between franchisor and franchisee is caused by unclear charges like initial investment and interior, equipment, sign board. There are many cases which franchise headquarters make bad uses of investment to source of profit. This paper has tried to cut down on unnecessary investment and have been raised concerning the reliability between franchisor and franchisee. Also it examine to avoid budget overflow by understanding each store characteristics and customizing equipment situated. So it would utilize this as a basic data for increasing productivity and profit.
