유아 성희롱 방지를 위한 법 제도적 장치에 대한 연구 - 관련법률 및 판례를 중심으로

Sexual harassment prevails throughout the Korean society. The victims of sexual harassment makes an affect adversely, especially victims in early childhood makes serious problems in their lifetime. In this study, comprise an inquiry into human rights of child and adolescent. And, also includes reviews of legal system and precedents regarding sexual harassment. The biggest victims of sexual harassment are child itself. Both legal system and awareness of people are required to prevent child harassment. So, I assert the enforcement of severe punishment and activation of educational programs to prevent sexual harassment in their childhood.
