다문화 사회의 외국인의 지위에 관한 교의적 고찰

This is the paper in order to infer the answer, at the level of religious guidance, on the desirous attitudes of christians towards a multicultural society of the foreigners’ status from the prism of a philanthropic idea as the identity of christians of today living as the last generation, on the condition that Israel and foreigners had each other’s different and opposing positions in appearance at the biblical perspective but ultimately they were mutually in a constant functional relation, for example, ‘as a separately but unitedly religious family’. This paper is organized into three parts: the implied meaning of the fundamental and functional foreigners resulted from combining the biblical and legal historic points of views of foreigners respectively at the old testament era, new testament times and modern times, is divided into receptive or genealogical, punitive or exclusive, and religious perspectives. Hereinafter, this paper intended to provide a small clue, in establishing the desirous religious signpost of christians of today correctly who live under the influence of a multicultural society, and furthermore, in carving the periodic mission repeatedly on the neighborly love as the most important commandment told by Jesus. As a result, this paper put a stress on a forward looking regression of a church or a ministry as its implication at the level of missionary policy as well as at the level of religious society on the typical aspect of a christian society pursuing the growth-oriented ministry, by paying attention to a great gap between the domestic mission work within a multicultural society and the oversea missionary work because the latter has been focused on with huge interest and passion at the level of church, and also by considering that such behavioral pattern was different, in terms of attitude and standing towards foreigners, from that of the old testament era and new testament times, which had a functional perspective.
