중등 교사의 긍정심리자본 및 자기주도 학습능력이 직무만족도에 미치는 영향

This study aims to explore impacts of secondary school teachers’ positive psychological capital and self-directed learning ability affecting their job satisfaction. For this, the differences according to demographic characteristics of positive psychological capital, self-directed learning ability and job satisfaction, the correlation between positive psychological capital and self-directed learning ability and impacts on job satisfaction of positive psychological capital and self-directed learning ability were examined. SPSS 18.0 programme was used for statistical analyses and independent sample t-Test, one-way ANOVA, and multiple regression analysis were conducted for them. The study results are as follows: first, secondary school teachers’ positive psychological capital showed high in the cases of high in the highest level of education, working in a middle school, and having the longest teaching period, self-directed learning ability high in cases of high in the highest level of education and working in a middle school and job satisfaction high in cases of high in the highest level of education, working in a middle school and working in a public school. Second, it was shown that the correlation between positive psychological capital and self-directed learning ability was positive(+). Third, teachers’ positive psychological capital and self-directed learning ability meaningfully effected on job satisfaction and positive psychological capital than self-directed learning ability had stronger impacts on job satisfaction.
