해외인력수출이 산업성장에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 : 중국 연변지역 사례

본 연구는 연변지역에 있어서 해외인력수출이 산업성장에 영향을 미치는지 그리고 영향이 있다면 얼마나 차이가 있는지를 연구하였다. 연구목적을 달성하기 위하여 연변지역의 1989년부터 2013년까지 자료를 활용하였고 분석 방법으로는 SUR 모형을 이용하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 연변지역의 경우 해외인력수출이 모든 산업을 포함한 지역총생산 성장, 1차 산업 생산성장, 그리고 3차 산업 생산성장에는 영향을 미치나 2차 산업 생산성장에는 영향을 주고 있지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 해외인력수출은 1차 산업 성장과 3차 산업 성장에 통계적으로 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타난 반면 2차 산업 성장에는 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 경제성장에 대한 인력수출의 영향도는 1차 산업 성장에 가장 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 3차 산업에 대한 영향력은 상대적으로 낮은 수준을 보였다. 즉 1차 산업의 영향력이 3차 산업의 4배 수준인 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 시사점과 연구의 한계점을 제시하였다.
Abstract
This study had two purposes. The first purpose was to examine the impact of international export of labour services on the industrial growth of Yanbian district. The second purpose was to investigate the influence degree of the four models, namely, the full model, the primary industry growth model, secondary industry and tertiary industry growth model. For the study, the data is time series data from 1989 to 2013 in Yanbian district. The research was conducted by SUR method using a statistical package SAS. The findings are as follows: First, international export of labour services were positively related with tertiary industry growth. On the other hand, international export of labour services showed negative influence on secondary industrial growth. Second, the impact of international export of labour services on the economic growth showed the greatest effect on the primary industry growth, Its influence on the tertiary industry showed a relatively low level. In other words, the influence of the primary industry was found to be four times that of tertiary industry. Based on these findings, the implications and the limitations of the study were presented.
