누리과정 교사용 지도서에 나타난 법교육 활동 분석

The study aims to provide fundamental data for the development of law education programs for young children through analyzing activities for law education explained in the teacher’s guidebook for 3-5 years old children nuri curriculum, as well as a direction of future law education for young children. For this purpose, the studyselected 177 law education activities from 32 copies of teachers’ guidebooks for 3-5 years old children and analyzed them by life-based theme and ages. We then analyzed goal statements by life-based theme of analysis target activities, type of activity by age, and activity data. As a result, first, law education activity displayed differences by ages. Regarding life-based theme, however, law education activity has been identified in the order of ‘transportation,’ ‘kindergarten and friends’ and ‘animals and plants, and nature’ and also, in relation to ages, it has been found that they were distributed in the order of 4, 3 and 5 year olds. Second, it has been shown that there were significance differences in the content of goal statement by life-based theme and ages. Third, the type of law education activities in 3-5 year-old children appeared in game and field experience in big and small group activity and math-based manipulative play in free choice activities. Fourth, in relation to activity data, common among 3-5 years old children, it appeared that daily materials such as photos, painting and writing, were the most frequently utilized.
