본 연구는 기업의 업무현장에서 집단 구성원의 감성지능, 커뮤니케이션, 신뢰, 집단 창의성이 어떤 관계를 갖는지 실증적으로 검증하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구목적을 달성하기 위해 대기업 종사자 405명을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 이 중 310부가 분석에 활용되었다. SPSS 18.0 한글버전과 AMOS 18.0 영어버전을 사용하여 기술통계 분석, 타당도 및 신뢰도 분석, 상관관계 분석, 구조방정식모형 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 첫째, 집단 구성원의 감성지능, 커뮤니케이션, 신뢰, 집단 창의성 간의 구조적 관계를 측정하기 위한 구조방정식모형은 타당한 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 집단 구성원의 감성지능이 집단 창의성에 직접적인 영향은 미치지 않는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 구성원 간 신뢰는 집단 창의성에 직접적인 영향을 미치는 동시에 감성지능과 집단 창의성의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 구성원 간의 커뮤니케이션이 집단 창의성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치며 감성지능과 집단 창의성의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 다섯째, 구성원 간의 커뮤니케이션이 원활하게 이루어지면 신뢰형성에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to suggest a structural equation model(SEM) about the relations among emotional intelligence, communication, trust, and group creativity, and investigate the model positively. To investigate these structural relations, quantitative method was proposed. For collecting data, the survey was implemented targeting 405 employees in Korean companies and 310 final data excluding 7 insincere and missing value ones were used for analysis. Testing SEM, confirmative factor analysis, descriptive analysis, and SEM analysis were conducted using SPSS 18.0 Korean Version and AMOS 18.0 English version statistical package programs. The findings were as followings: First, the structural equation model containing relations among emotional intelligence, communication, trust, and group creativity was validated. According to SEM analysis, fit indexes were all satisfied the standards of them and the path coefficients were statistically significant. And analysis of data also support that the emotional intelligence impacts in real situations in companies. Second, emotional intelligence had a positive effect on communication and trust. And communication and trust had some positive impacts on group creativity. Therefore, communication and trust had mediated effects between emotional intelligence and group creativity. Third, communication had an impact on trust directly. So communication had an effect on group creativity through trust. Based on the results, some implications were suggested as followings: First, emotional intelligence, communication and trust could be utilized to understand how group creativity is happened. Second, educational programs and systems for emotional intelligence need to be designed and implemented in order to enforce emotional intelligence. Third, to promote group creativity to performance on the job, strategies and polices for activating social relations(communication, trust) were necessary.
