Abstract: With the popularity of the Internet and the advance of "Internet plus" economy, the internet economy continues to heat up quickly and is becoming a new economic model to promote national economy. Comparing with traditional economy, the network economy is a two-side market, the market structure is dynamic and competitive. The methods to identify the traditional market dominance are challenged under network economy circumstances. We should uses different ideas and methods comparing with the traditional model when we identify the relevant market and its dominance under network economy. We should combine SSNIP and SSNDQ, can not ignore characteristics of the two-side market when to identify the relevant product market, particular attention of consumers , language, cultural differences and other factors in the relevant geographic market, and can not ignore the relevant time market at the same time. The market barriers to entry will become a key factor to identify the relevant market dominance in internet economy in future.
