벤처기업의 성공적 창업을 위한 창업교육 전략 개발

본 연구는 성공적인 창업과정을 거친 창업자들이 들려주는 이야기를 통해 벤처기업 창업을 위한 성공적인 창업교육 전략이 무엇인지를 분석하기 위한 목적으로 실행하였다. 연구목적의 달성을 위하여 먼저 창업 성공자의 직무유형을 분석하였다. 그리고 직무유형 중에 우세한 유형을 지닌 창업자를 선별하여 이들에게 창업교육을 위한 전략을 확인하였다. 그 결과 첫째, 벤처기업 창업자의 유형은 창업가적 창의성이 가장 우세하게 나타났다. 둘째, 창업교육전략은 크게 교육내용적인 측면과 교육방법적인 측면으로 나누었다. 교육 내용적 측면은 ‘확고한 비전과 목표’, ‘도전정신’, ‘판단력’, ‘통찰력’, ‘일에 대한 열정과 의욕’이었고, 교육 방법적 측면은 ‘경험 중심의 교육’, ‘사전 인턴 제도 운영’, ‘성공요인에 대한 사전 측정’이었다. 본 연구의 결과는 향후 창업교육을 위한 프로그램 개발과 지침을 제공하는 데 단서를 제공할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다. 아울러 창업교육전략은 벤처창업 현장에 적용할 수 있을 것으로 기대한다.
Abstract
The purpose of this study is to analyze the stories of successful venture founders who have already been through the startup process and uncover the successful venture entrepreneurship education strategies. To accomplish this goal, we analyzed the types of duties of successful entrepreneurs. Next, we sorted the founders’ duties to find the dominant type of duties and verified the strategies these persons had for entrepreneurship education. We found that, first, for venture entrepreneurs, “entrepreneurial creativity” is the most prevalent. Second, the entrepreneurship education strategy was broadly divided into educational content and the educational method. Aspects of educational content comprise “firm vision and goals,” “spirit of challenge,” “judgment,” “insight,” and “passion and willingness to work.” Aspects of educational method comprise “experience education center,” “management of pre-internship,” and “pre-measurement of the success factors.” The significant finding of this study is that it is possible to provide guidelines for and develop programs for the future of entrepreneurship education. In addition, entrepreneurship education strategy should be applicable to the field of venture entrepreneurship.
