제3보험 척추장해의 평가방법에 대한 연구

The purpose of this paper is to find solution for the spinal disability evaluation method in the third insurance policy. The third insurance policy involves casualty insurance, illness insurance, nursing insurance. The third insurance policy's disability evaluation method was maintained during 10 years from 2005 without improvement. But to reflect recent insurance environmental change, the insurance policy is required to upgrade for the insurance industry. This study analyzed the previous spinal disability evaluation policy and pointed out several problems of disability evaluation such as spinal deformity disability, HNP disability. This paper referred to the other law's disability evaluation especially the workmen's accident compensation insurance revised in 2005. This study suggested direction of the spinal disability evaluation in the third insurance policy. I hope this study to contribute the renewal disability evaluation improvement in the third insurance.
