초록
[Purpose]This study was designed and aimed at testing both direct effect of self-efficacy and relational support on entrepreneurial intention of Korean university students. Testing moderating role of relational support was another purpose of this study. [Methodology]Three hypotheses were established on the basis of previous studies. Data was collected from university students consisted of 5 different university across the country. Factor analysis was conducted to ensure reliability and validity of the data, and then multi hierarchical regression analysis was applied to test the hypotheses. [Findings]The test results showed that both self-efficacy and relational support had positive effects directly on entrepreneurial intention. However, relational support had no moderating effect in between self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention. [Implications]Self-efficacy and relational support were verified as the key variables that work positively in forming entrepreneurial intention of university students. Meanwhile, building self-efficacy needs to come first in order to activate relational support effectively in entrepreneurial process.
