장기복무 전역군인의 계급에 따른 전직지원교육 참여 동기에 관한 연구: 영관급 장교와 준‧부사관의 참여 동기 차이

The purpose of this paper is to verify differences on the participatory motive between officers group and NCOs' by analyzing the result of variables such as participatory motive of preparatory education, the contexts of education, living problems after retirement, and job satisfaction during the period of service and each person's back ground. The overall organizational culture of long-term serving soldiers who are officers or NCOs must be seen similar but the aspect of their life style after retirement could vary depending on the individual's education level and military rank. According to studies, officers group have usually more difficulties than the NCO's after their retirement. On the other hand, there were no differences in the aspect of psychological problems and the military life satisfaction did not significantly differ by class. For the preparatory education contexts for the retirements, the officers group wanted more emphasizing on the contents of psychology than NCOs. And also the officers group was more affected in the problems of social adjustment to living after retirement than NCOs group. Finally, the motivator of two factor theory of Herzberg for the satisfaction of military life affected more to the NCOs group than the officers.
