고령사회의 노동시장 변화와 사회보장법제의 과제

Ageing-societry and globalization of econimies have forced important changes to to corporate behavior and have encouraged modifications in production systems, which have brought about major changes in the arena of employment and labor market. An employment situation changes abruptly, so that social security policy should be structured against the rapid changes heading toward a Korean society with a decIining birth rate and an aging population. This paper reviews the following issue , First, We need to extend the range of the insurance. Employment Insurance Law should be changed the regulation so that the elder workers maybe incIuded in insurance. Second, public pension system should be developed with view of the present time as well as of the future.
