장애인 임금근로자의 실업에 영향을 미치는 요인에 관한 연구 : 이산시간위험모델 분석

This study dynamically analyzed the unemployment process of the disabled workers in order to prevent the unemployment issues due to the unstability of the labor market for the disabled. 3rd ~ 10th research data of Korea Welfare Panel Study (KOWEPS) are combined and analyzed through time-discrete hazard model. As a result, Seoul was found to have lower unemployment rate compared to the other metropolitan cities, at the sociology of population’s point of view. On psychological․health related factors, the unemployment rate was higher among those who have disability 3rd degree, do simple work, and have low job satisfaction than those who have disability 6th degree, do more complex work, and have higher job satisfaction. On job-related factors, the unemployment rate of the disabled was higher among those who work in agriculture․mining․ construction related jobs than those who work in manufacture․finance․lodge․public administration․public welfare and other related jobs. Therefore, we need to found an organization such as Council of the Disabled Workers to prevent the unemployment of the disabled workers and of regional unemployment; we need to concern the disability degree when estimating the necessary employees according to Duty Employment System of the Disabled; we need to develop and supply special jobs and products made for the disabled; and work environment also needs improvements to elevate the job satisfaction, and the employment grant fees should be supported and paid according to their working time period.
