인권 딜레마 토론 수업이 법적관용성에 미치는 영향

The aspects of conflict in Korean society are also getting diverse. As can be seen in misogyny, hatred toward different regions, hatred toward different generations, and hatred toward different race, it is prevalent to regard certain groups as the others and express hatred. This study suggest legal tolerance concept as a educational objective to resolve the hatred problem. This is a study to suggest specific teaching-learning method in the aspect of contents and methods to raise legal tolerance, and tries to find out what kind of influence human rights dilemma discussion has on legal tolerance. In this goal, human rights dilemma relates to contents and discussion class relates to method. For these research questions, this study conducted multiple regression analysis to find out the influence of human rights dilemma discussion on legal tolerance. As a result of analysis, both the main hypothesis and particular hypothesis of this study that human rights dilemma discussion is more effective in raising legal tolerance than lecture-based class. The result of multiple regression analysis showed that as for the domain of rights including human rights, it is effective to suggest a situation of legal and moral dilemma and adopt discussion-type class in raising legal tolerance. Through the discussions made in this study, it is expected that there will be various discussions in school on the contents, methods, and teaching materials of human rights education.
