호텔현장실습교육 참여의중요도 인식이 현장실습 만족도와 취업의사에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 현장실습 교육 내용, 현장실습에 대한 참여자의 중요도 인식, 현장실습에 대한 만족도, 그리고 현장실습 참여자의 실습 참여 후 취업의사에대한 기존 연구와 문헌을 고찰하고, 영리 조직인 호텔에 현장실습을 참여한 경험을 가진 대학생을 대상으로 실증분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 현장실습 참여의 중요도 인식 정도에 따라 참여자의 만족도에 유의한 영향을 미치는 것으로나타났다. 또한 현장실습 참여의 중요도 인식 정도에따라 참여자의 실습 후 취업의사에 유의한 영향을미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 현장실습 참여자의 만족도에 참여자의 성별에 따른 조절효과가 어떻게 영향을 미치는가를 분석한 결과 현장실습 참여자의 중요도 인식이 참여자의 만족도에 미치는 영향에 따라참여자의 성별은 만족도에 조절효과가 있는 것으로분석되었다. 따라서 향후 급변하는 교육시스템의 환경 하에서대학생의 현장실습에 대한 만족도를 높이고 실습 후호텔에 취업의사를 높이기 위해서는 현장 실습 교육에 대한, 보다 체계적이고 효율적인 시스템의 구축이필요할 것으로 판단된다.
Abstract
This study considered the existing research and literature on field practice training contents, a participant’s perception of importance of field practice & satisfaction with field practice, and a field practice participant’s intention to find a job after participating in field practice, and conducted an empirical analysis of a college student having a participating experience in field practice at a profit organization-hotel. Also, how the regulation effect consequent on a participant’s gender had an influence on a field practice participant’s satisfaction, it was analyzed that a participant’s gender had a regulation effect on satisfaction according to the influence of a field practice participant’s perception of importance on a participant’s satisfaction. Accordingly, to increase a college student’s satisfaction with field practice and to enhance the intention to find a job at a hotel after field practice under the rapidly changing educational system environment for the time to come, it is judged that there should be construction of a more systematic, efficient system about field practice training.
