The Study on an Effect of Changing Job by The Level of Job Inconsistency in The Franchised Coffee Shop - Focused on Job Performance -

This study sought to examine the effects of job inconsistency of working employee who is related to coffee in the food service businesses on job performance, and the effects of such causation on intention of changing jobs. For job inconsistency, the employee produces limited menu products due to the segmentation of jobs in the same industry, and can hardly exercise their skills obtained through schools. Thus, 273 samples of job inconsistency were made to undergo frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, and moderate regression analysis, using the SPSS 17.0 program. This study implies this: working employee who is related to coffee, engaging in the food service businesses, experience job inconsistency, and lead themselves to having an intention to change jobs; in this process, individual the employee's job level inconsistency have aimportant effect on intention of changing jobs.
