소상공인 외식창업 교육 프로그램의 교육 만족도와 창업 의도에 관한 연구

A Study on the intention of business establishment and education satisfaction of small business start-up training Program

This study has its aim on presenting the plans of the establishment and operation of an efficient catering entrepreneurship training programs for entrepreneurs by empirically investigating satisfaction for catering entrepreneurship education programs of restaurants-related entrepreneurs whether such satisfaction has a significant impact on entrepreneurship intentions. The result show that firstly, the impact of catering entrepreneurship education programs on entrepreneurs’ education satisfaction was analyzed as a statistically significant positive effect. Second, the impact of catering entrepreneurship education programs on the intention of business establishment was shown to have a significantly positive influence on commercial analysis, legal education, job training, and entrepreneurial spirit. Third, the impact of the personal environment of catering entrepreneurship education programs on education satisfaction was presented to have a significantly positive impact on the individual and environmental characteristics. Fourth, the impact of the personal environment on the intention of establishment of business was found to have both a statistically significant positive effect on individual characteristics and environmental characteristics. Fifth, the impact of education satisfaction of catering entrepreneurship education programs on the intention for establishing businesses was being evaluated as statistically significant. In order to increase the intention of establishment of entrepreneurs through catering entrepreneurship education programs, the government, local governments, catering establishments, universities, and private catering-related institutions which provide the education program should not operate the program superficially.
