This article deals with the issues – focusing on the copyright system - of ‘Artificial Intelligence’ as the key point of Superintelligence society, and ‘Big Data’ and ‘Ubiquitous Environment’ as the key of Hyper Connection Society in terms of the legal sociology, or the future of legal policy studies. We would need to review the word, AI, which is at the center of Superintelligence society, and changes Computer System from the object of legal action to the subject of it. By copyright law, a person is fundamentally the subject of copyright. However, a question has been raised as to whether AI, with similar systems in mind, could also have copyright or legal liability. The matter of IP systems related to Hyper Connection Society is whether it infringes a copyright to use information exchanged from Big Data. In 2016, the case of Alphago vs Lee Sedol in Korea related to AI exploiting big data. Considering the discussion on the copyright of the Baduk records from that case, strategic studies on using Big Data would be necessary for the purpose of contributing to the improvement and development of culture. Ubiquitous Environment forms the basis of Hyper Connected Society, which was made possible by one of the most recent developments in technology, cloud computing. Cloud computing effects the copyright system in roughly two ways: the first is how it treats multiple duplication in a distributed processing environment, and the second is the liability of the cloud computing service provider. In the 4th industrial revolution, we are facing the challenges of building a new legal system. These challenges must be assessed, recognized, and researched as the duty of the overall legal system rather than the copyright system.
