NCS 기반의 교육과정 개발에 관한 연구－우송정보대학 세무정보과를 중심으로－

The purpose of the study is to develop an NCS－based curriculum through job analysis of Department of Tax Information in Woosong College. Detailed research process for NCS based curriculum development was carried out in accordance with the four－step process. ① educational environment analysis, ② curriculum and benchmarking job analysis, ③ NCS －based job competency modeling, ④ NCS－based curriculum development. Reform and professional training of a world－class of educational goals of the Woosong College through NCS－based curriculum development, and It is to strengthen theoretical and practical training for practical skills relating to the tax treatment of Tax Information Department of Educational Objectives. In order to achieve this educational goal proposes the following practices. First, continually monitored through the SME, and Second, by utilizing the school system and the ongoing training and monitoring of the NCS professor. Third, creating an environment to achieve on NCS－based educational goals, and Fourth, after learning the curriculum, Improve practical adaptability through on－the－job training. Fifth, take advantage of the NCS qualification, excellent small businesses will be able to create the conditions in employment. It was developed in consideration of the environment inside and outside the university. Therefore, It is difficult to generalize to all universities. But Review the school administration policy, environmental and educational goals of the various universities could be a basis for comparison and selection guidelines or adopted.
