대학창업교육에 있어 교육의 질적요인과 창업요인간의 구조적 관계 분석

최근 대학생들을 대상으로 창업과 비즈니스를 영위하기 위해 필요한 지식, 기술, 태도 등을 중심으로 한 창업교육이 활성화되고 있으며, 이는 창업분위기 확산과 창업성공률 제고를 위해 중요한 요소로 인식되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 대학생들이 인지하는 창업교육의 질적요인과 기업가정신, 창업동기, 창업의지 등의 창업요인간의 구조적 관계를 분석해 보고자 하였다. 이를 위해 총 238명의 창업교육 프로그램 참여자들을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하였으며, 수집된 자료를 토대로 실증분석을 수행하였다. 실증분석 수행 결과를 요약해 보면 아래와 같다. 첫째, 창업교육의 질은 기업가정신과 창업동기에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 반면 창업의지에는 직접적인 영향을 미치지 못하는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 기업가정신은 창업동기에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 마지막으로, 기업가정신과 창업동기는 창업의지에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 분석결과를 토대로, 관련 분야의 연구자 및 실무자를 위한 시사점을 논하였다.
Abstract
Recently entrepreneurship education for university students is being activated around the knowledge, skills, and attitudes necessary to lead the start-up of a new business. And it has been recognized as an important factor for enhancing start-up success rate and improving the start-up recognition. The purpose of this paper is a structural analysis of quality of entrepreneurship education, entrepreneurial motivation, entrepreneurship, and entrepreneurship intention of college stutents. To this end, we employed a field survey of entrepreneurship education program participants and conducted an empirical method utilizing evidence from 238 respondents. The results of this study are summarized as follows. Firstly, quality of entrepreneurship education had a positive influence upon entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial motivation, however, did not a significant influence upon entrepreneurship intention. Secondly, entrepreneurship had a positive influence upon entrepreneurship intention. Lastly, entrepreneurship and entrepreneurial motivation had a positive relationship to entrepreneurship intention. Both theoretical and practical implication were provided based on the findings of the study.
