이혼숙려기간 중 통합적 부부치료에 있어서 사회적기업의 역할 제고 방안
Enhancing the Role of the Social Enterprise in the Integrative Couples Therapy during Careful Deliberation Period for Divorce

본 연구는 이혼숙려기간 중의 부부를 대상으로 이마고 부부관계치료를 기본으로 보웬의 가족치료와 미술치료기법 등을 선택적으로 차용한 통합적 부부치료를 수행한 사례이며, 향후 이 영역에서 삶의 질 향상의 사회적 목적을 추구하는 상담서비스 분야 사회적기업의 역할 제고 방안을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 본 연구에서 적용한 통합적 부부치료의 기법들이 이혼숙려기간 중의 부부의 이혼위기를 극복하는 데 영향을 미치는 지를 알아보기 위하여 총 11회의 통합적 부부치료가 진행되었고, 3주 후 추후상담이 이루어졌다. 통합적 부부치료결과 부부는 자신의 이미지를 재구조화하고, 부부 공동의 새로운 관계 비전을 갖게 되면서 법원에 이혼취하 통보를 하게 되었다. 이를 통해 본 연구에서 적용한 통합적 부부치료개입이 부부의 이혼위기극복에 적극적이고 효과적인 개입임을 알 수 있게 되었다. 연구 결과에 기반을 두고 이혼숙려기간 중의 부부를 대상으로 한 상담 및 가족치료 지원을 위한 정책적 제언과 이혼위기 부부를 대상으로 한 상담서비스 분야에서 사회적기업의 역할 제고 방안을 제안하였다.
Abstract
This case study was for the couples during careful deliberation period for divorce using an integrative couple therapy which was integrated with Bowen’s family therapy and art-therapy based on Imago couple's relationship therapy and tried to find the ways to enhance the role of social enterprise in this area. The integrative couple therapy was performed 11sessions including follow-up session. This study found the couple was restructuring their own images and having new vision of the relationship between them. As a result, the couple withdrawn their divorce application. The result shows that the integrated couple therapy intervention used in this study was effective for divorce crisis couple. Based on the result, policies for counseling and family therapy support and ways to enhancing the role of social enterprise were suggested.
