창업기업의 초기성과 창출에 있어 창업지원프로그램 선정방식의 영향에 관한 연구

The purpose of this study was to analyze the impact that selection method of start-up support to the creation of start-up initial performance. For this purpose, the analysis was focused on the evaluation and performance data for the founder of a typical start-up support program. And the purpose of this study is to provide a conceptual framework for the related fields as a study of programs that support entrepreneurship education, funds, and mentoring among various start-up support programs. The result of the study reveals that the gender and age characteristics of the founder affect the selection of assessment resulting and this study proposed needs of youth entrepreneurship and women reflect characteristics of the selected method. Also suggested the need for a change in the limit of the performance characteristics of the support system through which the score reveals the relationship between the initial performance of the method and support long-term point of view. So, this study is investigated whether the start-up support program needs to be changed from the selection method to the operating method according to the start-up cycle and not only the support fund-oriented programs for short-term performance, but also the more detailed selection method according to the start-up stage and the improvement of the performance evaluation method.
