The security environments on Korean peninsula has always been in very precarious situations by military threatening of North Korea which has now been changed as part of communize strategy against South Korea. in these security conditions, the victory and defeat in modern war absolutely comes to depend on precision strikes and massive air attacks by high-tech weapon system. So, considering the increasing importance and influence of anti-aircraft defense, Air-defense school strongly has propelled educational reform to make field operation as core military force of 21th century science information technology military in order to secure combat substantiality as well as survivability as well as survivability in opening of war. Furthermore, according to the development of forces structure of the army to be possible for operation of network-based simultaneous integrated warfare, education and training of all branches of the military survives should conform to changing future war environments. Consequently, the necessity of creative and concrete master development plan which should be information-oriented and science-oriented is urgently being emerged in order to cultivate specialized soldiers and the best soldiers. As a conclusion, military educational training is a core method to cultivate outstanding officers who can actively cope with changes of future environment, and qualitative educational training is not only a stepping stone to construct qualitative military forces but also essential factors to cultivate excellent operation ability of military force.
