초록
본 연구는 21세기 지식정보화 사회에서 중소기업의 경쟁력을 강화하기 위한 학습조직 구축 방안을 모색하고자 한다. 중소기업의 학습활동 프로세스 요인인 지식창출과 지식공유 구성요소가 경영성과에 미치는 영향과 부서 간 협력 변수의 매개효과를 실증적으로 고찰하고자 한다. 이를 통해 학습 활동 프로세스 요인의 유효성에 관한 제요인들을 규명하고 이들 요인간의 관계를 실증적으로 파악하는데 본 연구의 목적이 있다. 본 연구대상은 광주 전남 지역 중소기업을 한국 산업 인력공단에서 지원한 학습조직화 중소기업을 대상으로 291부의 설문지를 통계처리 하였다. 본 연구는, 첫째, 중소기업 학습 활동 프로세스와 경영성과간의 관계를 규명한다. 둘째, 정부지원으로 학습조직구축활동을 수행하는 중소기업을 대상으로 경영성과를 실증 분석한다. 부가적으로 중소기업 학습조직의 추진현황과 문제점을 분석하여 학습조직 추진방안을 모색한다. 그리고 설문지, 인터뷰, 현장조사를 통해 중소기업의 학습조직 환경 및 역량을 진단하여 중소기업의 학습조직 추진에 따른 시사점을 도출한다. 셋째, 학습활동 프로세스와 경영성과간의 관계에서 부서간 협력의 매개 변수로서 미치는 영향을 실증 분석한다.
Abstract
In order to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium firms in the 21c information society, this study seeks how small and medium firms make their learning organization. This study attempts to find the influences knowledge production and information sharing on business performance with mediated effect of cooperation between departments. The goal is investigating the factors effectiveness of process in learning activity and researching relationship between the factors. This study tried to examine the effects of outplacement services on departing and remaining employees with the sample of 291 employees in Small and Medium business The result were as follows ; First, this study provides the relation between construction of corporate learning organizations and learning activity process and gets a line on relation with learning activity on organization performance. Second, this study researches the performance of small and medium firms which they fulfill learning organization plan by government supporting. In addition, this study findsthe way of learning organization through analyzing the status and problem of small and medium firm’s learning organization environment. Through questionnaire, interview and field study in small and medium firm’s learning environment and capability, we deduct the implication. Finally, in the relationship between process of learning activity and business performance, we study the influences with the mediated variables cooperation between departments.
