전략적 인적자원관리에 관한 사례연구: ㈜자연과환경을 중심으로

Today, business environment is dynamic, complicated and uncertain. Whether to cope with the fast-paced business environment or not has come down to HR management as part of organizational management, which has become the increasingly important core factor for competitive advantage. The present empirical study on Nature and Environment Co. as a case of strategic HR management deals with relevant problems to suggest efficient strategic HR management approaches in light of SMEs' characteristics and theories on strategic HR management. Specifically, to analyse Nature and Environment Co.'s status of strategic HR management, interviews were conducted with its personnel managers and internal data were collected for analysis. The findings here suggest the following implications. That is to say, through reasonable job organization on recruitment, job units and task processing procedures and methods need standardizing so that business activities relevant to recruitment and resignation or retirement that used to be led by the personnel department can be transferred to the present business department to improve the system for yearly personnel recruitment as necessary.
