중소기업정보통신업의 학습조직 활동이 지식공유와 경영성과에 미치는 영향

Organizations and their members need to equip with abilities to prospect alteration of business environment in the future and to adjust themselves to the new environment. Learning is a decisive way todevelop their competence to react against and to survive in a drastic change of business environment. Researches on corporate learning organizations have been recently focusing on studying the causes which bring effects to corporate learning organizations and estimating their contributions to the organizational performance. This study carries out a positive analysis of the effects of corporate learning organizations upon the organizational performance by adopting the multiple regression analysis. In empirical research, it executed questionnaires of the workers, managers in manufacturing/service sector. Corporate learning organizations are selected from the manufacturing operation and service operations in Gwangju city area and Jonnambuk and the research is studied considering points as follow. Firstly, this study tries to finds out a causal relationship between the construction of corporate learning organizations and management performance by carrying out the empirical analysis. Second, through the empirical analysis, it tries to examine the effect of learning activity process on management performance by verifying the intermediation effects of learning activity process on management performance. In conclusion, this study explore and analysis empirically that there are some relation to make the learning more effective on management performance. This study proposes some problems to be developed in the future This study carried out an analysis on the corporate learning organizations for the past three years, however, for a more developed research on the effects of corporate learning organizations upon the organizational performance a long term case study needs to be done.
