다문화가정 결혼이주여성에 대한 사회적지지가 문화적응스트레스와 부부 적응에 미치는 영향

본 연구는 전라남도 지역의 농촌에 거주하는 중국, 필리핀, 베트남 등의 출신의 결혼이주여성 284명을 대상으로 사회적지지가 문화적응스트레스와 부부 적응에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 검증한 연구이다. 결혼이주여성의 일반적 특성에 따른 문화적응스트레스의 차이를 살펴본 결과 여성의 직업유무, 결혼기간과 혼인형태, 한국어수준, 종교, 한국국적취득여부, 한국체류기간’, 학력, 가족월평균소득 등이 유의한 차이를 보였다. 또한 직업을 가진 여성이 가장 낮은 문화적응스트레스를 보였으며, 한국어 수준이 좋아진 여성이 상대적으로 낮은 문화적응 스트레스를 가지고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 가족월평균수입이 높을수록 수입이 적은 경우보다 높은 문화적응스트레스를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 가족월평균소득에 따라 결혼이주여성에 대한 사회적지지와 부부의사소통의 차이가 유의한 차이를 보였으며 결혼이주여성의 일반적 특성에 따른 부부 적응의 차이는 결혼 기간, 한국체류기간, 본인학력 및 여성의 직업유무 변수에서 유의한 차이를 보였다. 또한 남편이 농부인 경우가 다른 직업군에 비하여 높은 문화적응스트레스를 보이는 것으로 나타나 결혼이주여성의 문화적응스트레스를 감소시키기 위한 다양한 프로그램 제공 등 결혼이주여성에게 더욱 관심을 가져야 하며, 특히 농촌에서는 불편한 교통의 문제도 고려해야한다. 또한 이들이 살고 있는 지역사회로 찾아가는 서비스도 좀 더 활성화되어야 할 필요가 있다.
