구성주의 학습 환경에 따른 창업교육 사례 연구

초록
사회적 구성주의 학습 환경은 창의성을 바탕으로 자기 주도적 학습과 협동학습 등을 통한 사회문화적 상호작용을 중시하고 있다. 대학에서 창의성과 협동성 등을 바탕으로 진행하고 있는 창업교육(창업강좌)은 대표적인 구성주의 학습으로 학습참여자들을 질적 연구방법인 관찰법과 심층면접법을 통하여 자료를 수집하고 분석한 결과, 구성주의 학습 환경을 경험한 학생과 이러한 환경에 최대한 적응하고, 활용능력이 있는 학생들은 더 높은 성취도와 학습 성과가 나타나고 있다. 대학은 4차 혁명시대에 대응하여 사회맞춤형 창의교육과정으로 빠르게 개편하고 있다. 이러한 개편과정에서 창업강좌와 같은 구성주의 학습 환경을 확대하는 것이 필요하며, 보다 능동적으로 구성주의 학습 환경을 조성하여 사회에서 요구하는 사회맞춤형 창의인재양성에 부응하여야 할 것이다. 끝으로 본 연구는 주관적인 해석결과 등 질적 연구의 한계와 객관성에 대한 문제제기가 있을 수 있다. 따라서 향후 풍부한 양적 자료와 집단을 대상으로 실증적 연구를 통하여 질적인 연구결과를 검증하고자 한다.
Abstract
Social constructivist learning environment emphasizes socio-cultural interaction through self-directed learning and cooperative learning based on creativity. One of representative constructivist lessons, entrepreneurship education (entrepreneurship course) conducted based on creativity and cooperativity at colleges has collected and analyzed data through qualitative research - observational method and in-depth interviews – from participants. As a result, students who experienced constructivist learning environment and those who adapt to such environment as much as possible and have utilization ability have shown higher learning achievement and outcomes. In response to the 4th revolutionary era, colleges have rapidly been reformed to society-customized creativity educational process. During such restructuring process, it is required to expand constructivist learning environment such as entrepreneurship education and meet the social demands for nurturing society-customized creative talents by actively developing constructivist learning environment. In conclusion, this research may have limitations as qualitative research including subjective result interpretation and face criticism about objectivity. Therefore, it aims to verify qualitative research results with abundant quantitative data and groups in the future.
