IPA기법을 활용한 한국 대학생과 중국 대학생의 대학 교육에 대한 차이분석에 관한 연구: 관광경영과 학생을 중심으로

The purpose of this study is to analyze the differences for University Education between South Korea and China, IPA provide suggestions and direction to take advantage of a tool that can contribute to the development of university placed purposes. The target for this study was college students majoring in Tourism Management, in South Korea and China. The results are as follows. The first quadrant showed high importance and high satisfaction of educational content perceived by both South Korean and Chinese students. In the second quadrant, which focuses on concentration management, results showed that Korean students are trained to manage educational methods and Chinese college students are trained on how to manage the educational atmosphere. This result shows a cultural difference in South Korean and Chinese education. Chinese college students in the third quadrant believed that the elevated levels of globalization impact teaching methods and learning environment. In conclusion , it is necessary to construct a system that can solve the shortcomings of college students by linking education between college students and university professors, and it is necessary to introduce compensation system in terms of motivation.
