초등 사회과 교과서에 나타난 법교육 현황 분석 - 법교육의 내용과 방법을 중심으로 -

This study analyzed the domains of objectives, contents subject, suggestion methods of contents, learning methods of law-related education in elementary Social Studies textbooks. The results are as follows: First, contents of knowledge/understanding are distributed the most, contents of skill/citizen's action are distributed in the second place, contents of value/attitude among law-related education goals are distributed lastly. Problem-solving capability, decision-making, critical thinking among high order thinking are developed in contents of citizen's action goal. Second, core contents of constitutional law are mainly selected in contents subject of law-related education. On the other hand, the cases related to students’ life are mainly selected. Third, suggestion methods of contents in law-related education are illustration, photo, and dialogue in speech bubble with law-related contents. Fourth, learning methods of law-related education are mainly case-based learning, problem-solving case, and reading materials. Therefore law-related education programs should be actively used and contents of private area should be expanded.
