간호대학생의 진로 정체감에 따른 스트레스 대처 및 진로태도 성숙도에 미치는 영향

This study was conducted to describe the career identity, stress coping style and career attitude maturity of nursing students. A total of 286 nursing students participated in the study. Of collected data, were analyzed through frequencies, t-test, ANOVA Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis using SPSS 12.0. Each hypothesis was tested at significance level of=.05. Conclusions obtained from these methods and analysis procedures are as follows. First, stress coping style was different according to nursing students‘ career identity. Second, there was a significant negative correlation among career identity and stress coping style and career attitude maturity of nursing students. Third, nursing students‘ career identity had a significant effect on their stress coping style and career attitude maturity. This study offer basic data for the development of intervention programs to career identity, stress coping style and career attitude maturity of nursing students.
