육상 110m 허들 경기 기록단축에 기여하는 구간속도 비교연구

Comparative study of athletics 110m hurdle interval velocity contributing to race recording improvement

초록

The purpose of this study is to provide useful information to shorten the record by observing the middle speed per hurdle intervals, elapsed time by zone, and deceleration rate according to the level of record in order to compare changes of speed in 110m hurdle interval velocity. Average of 110m hurdle interval velocity of Excellent Group (A) was 7.21 m/s and that of Non-excellent Group (B) was 6.92 m/s. In P2 phase zone, Group A showed 8.01 m/s, and Group B showed 7.49 m/s as their highest speed, which showed there should be improvement of speed to reach the highest speed of the world top players. The zone where they reached their highest speed was P2 m zone in both groups, while world top class players reached their highest speed at P4~P5 m zone. There should be change in their running competency to reach the highest speed at the later zone. Deceleration of the players participating in this study was high. To shorten the record, we need to improve the highest speed, improve racing to reach the highest speed at the later zone and perform speed and endurance enforcement training.
