농어촌공사 저수지 워터프론트 관광자원 활성화 사업재무타당성에 관한 탐색적 연구

In this study, we investigated the effect of water quality on the water quality of the reservoir in Korea. The water quality of the reservoir in Korea has been studied recently (Hongseong Newspaper, 2011, 2010, Gangwon Dominilbo, 2012, Gukto Ilbo, 2010, Nonsan Newspaper, Jeonbuk Press Release, 2005). These studies are expected to contribute to this project in the absence of financial research. Considering the profitability of the project, such as farming and fishing village corporations, municipal governments, and private investors, the analysis of the major financial business feasibility will be carried out in the future, regardless of whether it is in the field ofRural Community Corporation, local governments or private investors. Whatever the subject, if the profitability of the business is high, it will be the driving force for the business activity. Therefore, it is necessary to use information that greatly influencs the business’ investment expenses and revenues. This study analyzed three financial feasibility analysis techniques based on the forecasted profit and loss statements between three types of projects utilizing reservoir water resources, hydrophilic landscapes, and (private) investment costs. The derived results of the financial feasibility analysis revealed 170, or about 1% of the nations’ 17,000 reservoirs, are involved in waterfront development projects. The significantly feasible results from this study are as follows. The payback period (PP) is about 1.5 years, and the internal rate of return (IRR) is 105%, which is very good. The net present value (NPV) is about 120 billion won, which is considerable when considering the investment amount is approximately 150 billion KRW.
