투자형 크라우드 펀딩의 활용과 법적 규제에 관한 고찰

In this article, we examine the investment-type crowdfunding system of major countries from the point of view of revitalization of the system and protection of investors. In any country, there is a conflict between the opinion that the investment-type crowdfunding system requires various deregulation to activate and the dangers of fraudulent investment recommendation. In any case, other factors are important for the settlement and activation of the crowdfunding system, but above all, trust and empathy will be the most important factors between the consumer of funds and the provider of funds. Of course, the reason for the introduction of the crowdfunding system is that it is aimed at supporting SMEs or entrepreneurs in difficult-to-raise financing. In the case of crowdfunding, it is not necessary to equate investor protection with ordinary financial instruments and it would be sufficient to provide a minimum amount of investor protection to alleviate concerns about losses occurring within a small investment limit. In addition, equity-type crowdfunding is sure to be an investment product. Therefore, it is a more realistic alternative to establish a mature investment culture while preventing unexpected losses through appropriate investor education.
