초록
A total of sixteen papers were published in the four issues of International Business Journal (IBJ) in 2016. During the year, forty four papers were submitted to the journal, but only ten papers were accepted, giving an acceptance rate of 22.7 per cent (as of December 31st 2016) (six papers were accepted in 2015). To the best of my knowledge, compared to other journals in South Korean academia, this is a very low acceptance rate and clearly informs us that all papers included in the journal have decent and high quality findings and significantly contribute to our current knowledge. As the readers of IBJ may know, the editor-in-chief wants to make the journal a representative outlet for excellent quality papers in the international business (IB) domain and position it highly in academia. This editorial intends to explore those papers accepted by IBJ and summarize their findings.
