대학교육서비스 만 족이 조직몰입 및 조직시민행동에 미치는 영향 - 국립경상대학교 중국인 유학생을 중심으로

초록
한국의 대학은 다양한 국가로부터 유학 목적지가 되고 있으며, 특히 중국의 경제발전으로 인하여 중국으로부터 유학생들이 폭발적으로 증가하고 있다. 한국이 지속적으로 매력적인 유학 목적지가 되기 위해서는 지금의 양적인 수준에서 만족할 것이 아니라 질적으로 유능한 인재를 유치하는데 초점을 두어야 할 것이다. 유능한 외국의 인재들을 끌어들일 수 있는 대학의 시스템이 그에 맞추어 구축되어야 한다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 국내 유학생 중 가장 많은 비중을 차지하고 있는 중국인 유학생을 대상으로 대학교육서비스 만족과 조직몰입, 조직시민행동 간의 관계를 살펴보았다. 그 결과 대학교육서비스 만족과 조직몰입 간의 관계에서는 행정요인, 강의요인, 관계요인, 복지요인이 통계적으로 유의한 향상효과를 주는 것으로 나타났으며 이중 강의요인과 복지요인이 가장 조직몰입에 대한 향상효과가 큰 것으로 나타났다. 대학교육서비스 만족과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에서는 시설요인 만이 유의한 향상효과가 있는 것으로 나타났으며 조직몰입과 조직시민행동 간의 관계에서는 강한 향상효과가 나타났다. 내생변수들에 대한 다중상관자승치(Square Multiple Correlation: SMC)는 조직몰입 R2=.660, 조직시민행동 R2=.719으로 나타났다.
Abstract
Recently, many foreign students come to Korean universities including especially Chines ones with their economic growth. Korean universities need to focus on attracting qualitatively talented persons so as to be continually attractive places to study abroad and have to develope their education system suitable for foreign students. In this paper, we studied the relationships among satisfaction of university education service, organizational commitment, and organizational citizenship behavior for Chinese students who are majority of foreign ones in Korea. As a result, administrative factor, courses factor, relation factor, and welfare factor showed statistically significant in effect of improvement between satisfaction of university education service and organizational commitment and also courses factor and welfare factor presented the highest effects of improvement in organizational commitment. Only facility factor showed statistically significant in effect of improvement between satisfaction of university education service and organizational citizenship behavior and higher effect of improvement between organizational commitment and organizational citizenship behavior too. Square Multiple Correlation(SMC)s for endogenous variables were R2=.660 in organizational commitment and R2=.719 in organizational citizenship behavior, respectively.
