네트워크 텍스트 분석(network text analysis)을 통한 국내 수행공학의 연구동향 탐색

The purpose of this study is to explore human performance technology(HPT) research trends in Korea through network text analysis. For this, 124 research papers published in academic journals in Korea from 2000 to 2016 were selected, and the 369 key words of the research were collected. The key words were transformed to 294 nodes and 1368 links by 7 criteria which researchers have constructed, and finally were used for network text analysis. The results were follows. The whole network consisted of 11 components. The degree centrality of ‘job performance’ was the highest and then ‘job performance ability’, performance ability’, ‘nurse’, ‘competency’, ‘HRD professional’were followed. Additionally, 6 ego networks about four categories(HPT process, HPT fundamental, HRD perspectives topic, changing organizational environments) were analyzed and the characteristics of ego networks were described. This research could explain HPT research trends in Korea by the relational perspective and suggest research trends of the 4 categories through the ego networks. Some implications to current status and future directions in the field of HPT for researchers and practitioners were suggested in the discussion section.
