요구분석 연구 동향: 2006~2016년 국내 학술지 게재 논문을 중심으로

The purpose of this study was to investigate the research trends of needs analysis. For the purpose, we collected 118 articles published in 12 korean journals which were related with HRD(Human Resource Development) and lifelong education. Based on literature reviews, we made a frameworks for analyzing the articles. According the frameworks contained characteristics of articles and research theme, research method, and so on, we performed frequency analysis. SPSS 21.0 and EXCEL 2010 version were used for analysis. The results wore in the followings: First, the number of articles about needs analysis has been increased from 2006. Many articles were in the area of HRD. Second, in the aspect of a perspectives for needs there were a great number of articles which were based on a deficient perspective for needs. And needs for job competency, T & D, organizations & institutions, recruiting, leadership, career development, and research methodology were the main theme of the articles. Third, in the aspect of methodology, quantitative researches were more than qualitative. And the main substitutes were workers at companies. And t-test, Borich’s needs and Locus for Focus(LFF) were used frequently for data analysis. Based on these results, suggestions and limitations of this research were discussed.
